By accessing the 803 website or platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The 803 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply in both Bengali and English.
  • 803 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration Rules

  • Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
  • You must provide accurate name, date of birth, and contact details during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
  • Identity documents or other verification may be requested to verify your account.
  • Accounts are non-transferable to third parties.

Password & Security

Account Suspension & Closure
